We’ve completed a concept design to completely refurbish a historic building in the Old Town of Baku, Azerbaijan. The design features luxury materials including marble, hardwoods and onyx, to convert the property to a high-end private house.
A new rooftop pavilion forms a double height dining room, and opens panoramic sea views across the old town roofscape from the terrace and living spaces. The pavilion’s sculptural form provides dramatic views and clearly expresses the contemporary atop the historic.
