We have just finished the redesign of a lower ground floor flat, within a grand Victorian mansion block that forms part of the iconic Sloane Square Conservation Area in Chelsea. The project involved the complete transformation of a neglected space into a one bedroom flat, increasing the original floor area by 50% through utilising the vault below the pavement to create a cosy bedroom. The flat boasts bespoke joinery units, vintage brick walls and a courtyard which bring light into every corner of the home.
