Senior Architect with 3+ years post qualification UK experience

UberRaum Architects are a successful and growing practice in Farringdon / Central London with exciting UK and international projects. We work with governments, the finance & automotive industry, as well as with medical institutes and family offices.

With our substantial but sustainable growth we are now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Architect. The role requires the ability to design, manage and deliver projects in the UK and overseas.

Your role

• three+ years post qualification UK experience
• hands-on attitude with a continuing desire to learn
• excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
• ability to delegate and manage personnel
• pro-active attitude with a continuing desire to learn
• contract administration experience
• excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards
• construction experience and good detailing skills
• working independently and meeting challenging deadlines
• ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• fluent in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
